Two approaches to creating a custom ring

Step 1 (Book a Time)

Schedule a consultation with your dedicated concierge. During this session, they will get to know you and your partner, addressing any inquiries you may have. Feel free to inquire about ethical diamonds or gemstones, budget considerations, financing options, pricing details, timeframes, or any other information you require. Your concierge will also outline the design process steps and explore any design concepts you may already have in mind. This informative session typically spans approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2 (Decide Your Approach)

Path 1 (Recreate or modify an existing design) or Path 2 (Create an entirely new design)

If you opt for Path 1 (recreate or modify), we'll proceed with an 80% upfront deposit to initiate the process, including diamond or gemstone sourcing. Before crafting the ring, your concierge will send you a detailed render of your creation, showcasing various viewing angles. This allows for any necessary adjustments or modifications before production. Alternatively, if you choose Path 2 (create a new design), your concierge will commence the design process, requiring an initial deposit of $300. This phase involves a comprehensive exploration of the different elements comprising an engagement ring, an overview of available features, and the opportunity to sketch out any ideas or designs you may already have in mind. Please allocate approximately 30 to 45+ minutes for this creative discussion.

Step 3

Final Design Approval

After you've expressed satisfaction with the design, we proceed to produce a 3D CAD render, providing you with realistic, life-like images of your envisioned creation. We'll engage in a detailed discussion of the design, allowing for any last-minute adjustments until you're completely content and ready to approve the final design. For those who have chosen Path 2 (create a new design), we will furnish you with a final quote, as we will have the precise measurements for metal weights, gemstone sizes, and materials required. Once you provide your final approval for the design, we commence the meticulous craftsmanship of your unique, bespoke piece.

Step 4

Ring Created and Delivered

The crafting of your distinctive engagement ring typically requires a four to six week timeframe. Once the masterpiece is completed, and the final payment is settled, we ensure a discreet delivery, directly to your designated location, whether it be your home, workplace, or another specified address of your choice.
